This short draft describes the teaching resources which will be used in the IT subject taught at UET. Using an innovative approach, this course tries to consider as a case study a real situation dragged from a business stakeholder which is presented to students (by the latter) in order to request concrete solutions (feedback forms) which respond to business needs. It is already known that the feedback from actual and prospective clients is one of the most important things for a business owner. While, the best way to get feedback from clients is to provide them with feedback forms. It not only helps the business to know the current progress in the market but also empowers the latter to plan future prospects. Due to booming technology and internet marketing, the importance of feedback forms has been highly increased. Internet has become the foremost tool for promoting business and branding. Along with that, the feedback form helps clients and entrepreneurs to communicate with each other, while business get to know the opinion and preference of customers. Most of the companies use the means of feedback forms to draw the data about the sales, performance, drawbacks, and use the date to set their future goals. Feedback forms also help businesses in specifying the target audience and make the market work in a sustainable way.
From the societal stakeholders point of view, the Albanian business are not aware of the new technologies they can use to get feedback from their customers and maximize their profit in a sustainable way. Their major part of the information is acquired from their employees. This is a very limited source of information for getting the real feedback from the businesses, customers, or possible customers. Also, this kind of feedback is probably biased and not 100% real. While, more and more people are using their smart phones to get to the internet and get all the information they need. This makes a great opportunity for businesses to reach them through applications build for smart phones.
From the students’ point of view, the application of the case study teaching method is an innovative way to get to know real situations of business as applied in the concrete stakeholders’ situations. Using a case study of societal stakeholders, students will know not only to translate the needs and requests of the businesses into digital solution, but they will also get in touch to the challenges faced from societal actors which apply their expertize outside the auditorium. Students learn on basis of real business life case studies, how to produce a mobile application of feedback forms as a framework of the development of businesses capacities.
