The gender inequality in the labour market is still present in Kosovo and other countries of the region. Various laws have attempted to diminish to some extent this kind of issue.
Raising the awareness and the possibility of the fair implementation of equal rights is important for the student and the stakeholders after acquiring law No.03/L –212, (Labour Law) for the efficient implementation of the human resources without gender discrimination.
Fair employment treatment or the employment of individuals in a fair way and without prejudices is important since the discrimination generally attracts media attention, the legal system and law makers. In addition to this, legal requirements exist for all aspects of labour relations and matters. These mandates raise social responsibilities for an organization and for each of its managers to be in full compliance with various laws and administrative guidelines and instructions.
