(Un)Employment and Education - Arjen Wals (Video 1'43")(Resource ID: 584)

In this teaser video Arjen Wals, Professor of Transformative Learning for Socio-Ecological Sustainability at the Wageningen University in The Netherlands, briefly defines the current situation of employment and education. He claims suitable conditions at Universities to support new forms of learning that take full advantage of the diversity, creativity and resourcefulness around us, but so far remains largely untapped in our search for a more sustainable world. The video can be used as a teaser for a discussion about how we can develop schools and Universities that help people prepare for a sustainable future.
